We manufacture elastic components (e.g. hoses, seals, bellows) with a multiplicity of procedures, which are accurately tailored to particular needs of the customer.
For first parts and small quantities components can be provided by generative production technologies (laser sintering, PolyJet) very fast.
Via casting processes (vacuum casting, silicone casting) functional components are provided. Silicone forms and/or generatively manufactured tools are used. So components can be manufactured at short notice with a very good cost-performance ratio.
If series-identical materials are needed, elastomer components from aluminum injection molding tools can be offered (produced by applying rapid tooling technologies in the company alliance).
